Zoning and site analysis

The client approached me to find out how much area he could build on his site in place of the secondary building that he wanted to demolish.

 

The analysis of the zoning regulations helped to compare the existing situation with two alternatives - construction an addition to the main existing building or construction a new building in place of the two existing buildings. This study helped to conclude that keeping and renovating both existing buildings was the right solution in this case.

This preliminary architectural study made it possible to plan the next steps of the project in a more informed manner.
